This is a store with nice jewellery though it isn’t actually a store it is located in the centre of the maul in the Midland gate shopping centre it is basically a pop-up shop with a couple of cabinets and staff members who are literally in the middle of the maul.You do you get the same service you do get the same products though I’m not sure that you would get the full range that was available through the Pandora brand

Pandora Midland is a beautifully set out shop. A great range and have a sale on at the moment.Sarah-Jane was extremely helpful and very professional when assisting me with what I was looking for.

I’ve been to the store recently and was served by the lovely Indianna. She was polite.. patient and helped me pick a pair of earring for my little girl that she loved. Makes a massive difference to shop somewhere and they make you feel they have time for you. Will definitely come again..

I went to the Midland store to buy my wife two locks for her bracelet (and the last ones or anything else) I was shown the locks and agreed that they were correct, I was asked If I was a member to which I said yes my wife was and was in the process of giving my wifes mobile number and was rudely stopped with unless I had my own membership I could not use my wifes membership due to privacy laws, none of the staff at this store would know the privacy laws, they quote a valid law but the complete wrong context of the law, this is why you get minimum wage at a second rate company, what a ruse this is, if you go to get your wife a surprise gift and don't have your own membership then no discount, they quote privacy laws to get away with not giving discounts, this is a scam and they have lost our business now. The staff are out of touch with reality, rude and I would say uneducated with fact.Just another case of wrong staff doing a job that they are not trained to do.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good range and you can't get what you are looking for staff are ready and willing to contact other stores to get your item in.
