I contacted OM via Whatsapp to enquire about a necklace I wanted to buy for my daughter's birthday. Heather was very helpful! She sent me photos of what they had left in stock, and reassured me that I would receive it in a few days (I live in Adelaide). I placed the order online, and soon after, Heather contacted me again to let me know she was booking the courier. She sent me a tax invoice right away, and soon after, tracking info. She also asked me to contact her once received...which indicated to me that she cared about me as a customer, even after the sale. I received the necklace the next day, and I was so happy with the product! The quality was obvious as soon as I opened the box. Everything was well packaged, gift wrapped, and even came with a beautiful gift bag! All round impressed! Thank you OM! Thank you, Heather! I'll be back ;)

This is a good chilled experience. Drive in was great & a mini adventure for the kids with the dirt road and tracks around the mangroves.Tour was well run and the morning tea and damper great. Everything is close to the main building including the boat ride. Nice to chill and enjoy without tons of travel to see things (standard for outback adventures). Good cafe and Heli flights, also on offer here. Of course you can purchase pearls.

I went to Tiffany boutique in Perth for the first time and purchased a perfume... I felt very welcome and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable... Brought a DJI AIR 2s from here online, all I can say is buyer beware. This product when I received, was still linked to previous owner. This means it's a brick, you can't fly it, nothing. Contacted Dji they said previous owner could report it stolen if he so desired, and again it would stay a brick, a bookend. Ask the store to ring previous owner to deactivate his account, they said don't have details or wouldn't ring him. It took 10 days to get here, they want me to send back,they said they would send label, didn't happen, ask for a refund, won't unless it's back in their shop, won't do it when I send it with tracking, even the fact, it's still previous customer drone, I have to wait another 10 days, I was ripped off, this should of been checked at time cash converters took procession of it, contacted Cash converters HO in Perth got yelled at by customer service. Won't refund till in their hands. They advertised it as as fly more package, it came also without battery hub. This sale was doomed from the start. Have got PayPal involved now. Lesson to be learned is people pay that extra bit of money to get new,it's not worth the heartache, you think your doing the right thing, pay alot of money, then find out, it's rubbish. The saying buyer beware applies here. If cash converters wanted to help out here and make me happy, after me sending item with tracking was done, a refund should of been done, after all who wants a brick. Think twice when you buy online , from cash converters, you don't want to go thru this.

Service was fantastic from Jade yesterday, she was polite and so patient as I couldnt make up my mind. Jade was so helpful and efficient in changing the clasp on my chain as requested by myself and she came outside of the store to hand deliver it to me once the change of clasp was done. Thank you!! Incredible service and quality of work. Had my wedding ring resized. Did the initial cut whilst I was there to get the size right, then the ring was ready the next day. Flawless work and priced very reasonably.

Went to buy earrings that were half price in sale. Was told the sale had ended. Same earrings still advertised today on your page as 50 percent off ?Wasted my time travelling in specifically to buy themIf the are still advertised at 50 percent off surely you should honour that price
