My husband bought me a gorgeous pair of emerald & diamond earrings, which I wore regularly. Within 18 months a diamond had fallen out of one. I took the earrings back to be assessed by Angus & Coote. It took over 3 months for them to assess, they forgot to get back to me - I had to go back to the store to enquire. They determined that the diamond had fallen out due to normal wear & tear & I had to pay for the diamond to be replaced, it was clearly a manufacturing fault, but they refused to acknowledge that. If you are looking for quality jewellery that lasts - do not go to Angus & Coote!

Bit pricey but it was OK. Good service.

*******Please read before shopping here******To start with I tried calling this company multiple times but they had difficulty with their phones and had to use a mobile ( the bill wasn't paid I imagine)I can only give 1 star or I would give minus.By far the rudest and most useless company I have ever dealt with.I bought an engagement ring here close to 8 months ago.I made payment in full up front and was told I would have to wait over 8 weeks to get the ring back for resizing.I was told up front also I would be provided an evaluation certificate.Close to 8 months later of the blaming Covid about not being able to produce a certificate they send me a photo copy of the receipt and said that is it .( ABSOLUTELY NOT IT ) They then tried to twist my words and say this is what I asked for. I have asked for area managers which I tried to contact repeatedly and got no response , Diverting phone calls, not answering I even tried to call other stores and it seems to be a perquisite to be rude and sarcastic to be able to be employed by this company.I have now been told that they will not be able to supply it.I will be going to consumer affairs and would recommend staying for away from any of these stores at all costs.
