Probably the industry norm to sell substandard chains with pendants to try and get you to buy another chain worth more than the first item you bought, but only lasted 2 days . Won't bother going back

My fiance when in to have a look at an engagement ring for me , and told the worker that was helping" him that he didnt have a lot of money. The worker scoffed and made him feel like him trying wasnt enough and went somewhere else . Never will i get any jewelry for here in my lifetime."

Poor repair by jeweller. Parrot clasp replaced 3 times in 6 month. Diamond pendent ($600) lost from chain which I was advised I'd caught it. Took chain to another jeweller for assessment and he said jump ring was of poor quality and ring holding pendent in place was too thin and of poor workmanship. I only took the pendent in on boxing day to be put on anklet and since then my anklet has been at the jewellers more than my ankle. I won't be going to Angus and Coote again
